I'm a Muslim ... What next?

Okay, I've said the shahadah (testimony of faith). I've read introductions and basics, and leaflets about Islam. I've started to read the Qur'an in English. I am trying to learn the daily prayer, and have to will myself to get up, do wudu (ablution) and actually pray (sometimes I'm lazy)!! I procrastinate when it comes to learning Arabic, and can't seem to get my head around the Muslim community (sometimes they show a bad example) ...

What's the solution for these issues?

How can I renew my commitment daily and show enthusiasm to please Allah, the Creator of the Universe and everything in it?

What's next? How can I live as a true Muslim, and be happy or tranquil?
 It's in Allah's control.
The answer is in Allah's Destiny (for me). The answer is in my soul; in the self; inside...
How do we increase our eeman (faith)? -- 

There are so many people who ask these questions. Sometimes they go unanswered, and the person loses hope, and eventually leaves the fold of Islam without even noticing.

It is the Muslim Community's fault. It is the leader's fault for this person's confusion and apostasy.
Happiness is in the religion, they say.
Satisfaction is in Islam, the most beautiful religion, they write.
They talk non-stop; and talk without action is useless.

So, how can we fix this dilemma? As a Muslim, I can try to explain how I came to happiness. I can show you how I've reached tranquility and a sense of satisfaction. I certainly didn't get it from incapable scholars of the 21st Century!! I didn't get it from the weak leaders of my Community. The guidance is from ALLAH. The result of an ongoing search for the truth, and sincere supplication to Allah.
